We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) go-to-market expert with a strong background in PLG working with customers across sales, customer success, product and support.
You will be working closely with the CEO, defining the go-to-market strategy and bridging the gap between customers and the product.
Your mission will be to define Routine’s ideal customer profile and strategies to reach out leads while uncovering potential new opportunities.
Reach out to customers to understand frustration
Advocate for customers to drive the product roadmap
Onboard new users to detect product friction and understand how the product is adopted
